Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp.

b. After Dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed due to the perishable nature of eggs.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of eggs, we generally do not accept returns.

However, returns/replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • Damaged or broken eggs at the time of delivery
  • Wrong quantity or incorrect order supplied

👉 Customers must report the issue within 2–4 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only under valid conditions:

Eligible Cases:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Short supply (less quantity delivered)
  • Order cancellation before dispatch (if prepaid)

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • UPI
    • Adjustment in next order (preferred for regular customers)

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be completed within 3–7 business days

4. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged goods, we may offer:
    • Replacement in the next delivery
    • Immediate partial replacement (if stock is available)

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Delay caused by incorrect address or unavailability of customer
  • Minor shell cracks that do not affect usability (optional—your choice)
  • Orders not reported within the specified time window
